A little shine

NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
A few weeks ago I pretty much shaved my head down... at that point I had nice thick hair...and now it is growing back... it is not all growing back... ARGHHHH!... I am losing it... not fair... my dad is 60+ and seems to have more than me... I do not want to do the flip over thingy... I know 40 is approaching, but please not yet.... let me get through Southern Decadance... unless I drop 30 pounds, 3 chins and can pull off the bald look... oh well... must go to bed and sulk myself to sleep... later taters!

Your hairline will most closely resemble your mother's father rather than your own father (old wives tale trufax)

When I told you I wanted a close-up pic of your head, that isn't what I was referring to.

Genetically speaking, you get your hair genes passed down from your mother’s side of the family. Take a look at your maternal grandfather and that is what you can expect for your future hairstyle. So even though your father may have a full head of hair, this will have no bearing on what is reality for you. Sorry

uh oh. genetics are a bitch. Late last summer I decided to let mine grow out to see what happens. As of today, zero length has been cut since last August. Just easy light trims. But I do have that nagging little bald spot right up at the top.....hum......

I'm having the same problem. Mine is all in the front but it's leaving just the same. Sometimes I look down and there is hair on my shirt. It's just a matter of time.

Considering you had hair a few weeks ago I would make an appointment with a dermatologist to make sure there isn't something else causing the hair loss. Are you taking any kind of new medication related to your neck issues perhaps? You might also consider giving rogaine or propecia a try. You'd have to use them both regularly, but I suspect you'd have success. Even if you do lose your hair you'll always be handsome Kelly so don't sweat it. It's simply part of the aging process. I know first hand! Love the work you've done to the new place btw.

I gotta agree with Mike & Melaka. My Grampa died at age 72 with a full head of blond hair. I inherited that. I also inherited every one of Grampa's 12 chest hairs...I'm thinking of doing hair plugs from my head to my chest...
