More snow, and more pics!

It is 4pm and it is still snowing... we have gotten about 6 inches of snow today, after a bout of rain throughout the nite last nite... Last night we did watch Star Trek with Chris and Steph... who ended up crashing here for the evening... then this morning we had a little impromptu brunch with some darn good food.... I have been shoveling snow every few hours or so all day... I don't want to have to shovel heavy shit... just push the light shit several times and it is soo much easier...

The snow is sticking to the screens on the porch... it is almost like having a wall around it, but colder...

Chris giving Cricket some love this morning....

Me shoveling again today... I actually don't mind... I love the snow!!!

There is a red spot in the middle of this picture... it is a Cardinal... no, not the kind that molest choir boys... the bird

... and it is nap time... as I sit here and type this, this is what i have to my right... too cute... and they take turns snoring... too funny...

we have 2 feet up north here yonder...tomorrow we will fire up the snow blower and pass it from neighbor to neighbor...snow stopped about 3p...no newspaper or mail delivery, no buses running, no traffic outside our door. just blissful peace and quiet.

Godfrey's is a great place to dance the night away or take in their famous Drag Brunch on Sunday mornings. A must for any visitor or local.

Fielden's is one of the few Private Clubs left in Virginia. Open late on the weekends, this place is a good place to go when you want to keep getting your groove on late night style or just hang out and have a few drinks after hours. You must be a member to get in or be with a member. From time to time there are special events that are open to public.
