New House/Snow... Holy Cow!

Just wanted to make a quick post... I am fucking beat... between moving yesterday and  unpacking and now more unpacking and organizing and shoveling tons of fucking snow... I am beat... and still have a shit load of stuff to do... Our moving company "Two Guys and a Truck" was great and they actually sent four guys and a truck... they got to the old house at 7:30ish and had everything moved and in the new house by noon!!! Awesome... what was also awesome was having Joe around all afternoon to help unpack and organize, then Laird, Chris and Steph came after they got off work and helped even more... If not for this crew we would still be up shit creek... SOOOO... a big THANK YOU to those guys... you rocked!!  With the snow thrown in the mix this weekend, I am sooo glad I took Monday and Tuesday off from work... so I am going to just show some pics and you will get a full round-up a bit later...

Our new home and cars out front all covered in snow... we got about 11 inches of snow here in our part of Richmond... We were initially scheduled to move tomorrow, but the previous renters were able to get out early and we got movers on Friday before the snow started...whew!  I will post inside pics as soon as we get things unpacked and organized... hopefully by Monday...

This morning when there was just about two inches of snow on the ground I helped my brother run some errands and it was snowing hard... this is Todd running back to the car from the ATM... I know, exciting....

Downtown Richmond in the snow of the year....

Shoveling snow... woo  hooo!!

Me in the car after cleaning it off to go pick up the brother... I know, sequence...but I am tired and have been trying to get this post done for 2 hours now... and Miss America Pageant is on...

That's my man... organizing DVD's in the TV stand... teasing me... grrrr....

We brought the dogs to their new home today... here is Cricket checking out her new stomping pooping grounds covered in a foot of snow... she seems to like it so far...

Preacher Jeff on the front porch...hehehe... "I swear, no more crack!"

The old train station in downtown Richmond... a little snow blowing...

Pino watching daddy Kelly while he shovels the sidewalk...

Here's to ya!! Another great snow day... looking forward to some rest and the Grammy's tomorrow night... got my wine chillin'...  I get to drink wine on a Sunday and not have to work Monday..,.. woo hooo!!

Thanks  to the many who have left me notes on my move here and on Facebook... I will be posting more pics of the inside later...
